The CHIMES is a publication of students in the Journalism Department at Morrisville State College. The CHIMES office is located at Charlton 101, or by phone at (315) 684-6247. Unsigned and signed editorials appearing on the editorial page reflect the opinions of their authors. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for length, clarity, and standards of decency.
